Details: This shady individual was just walking around and seems suspicious. Can anyone help us identify the individual in the video?
Details: This was captured from the camera in daylight hours. It shows the camera tracking. The camera was positioned/facing the Bridge. You see white PVC tubing (this was a structure I set up to temparaily hold the camera) Once the camera is installed, you will not see the white PVC tubing.
